Terms & Conditions
- Coverage is valid for 2 years from the date of WellCare+ purchase.
- The plan is tracked by serial number; the serial number must remain intact and legible.
- The plan is non-transferable and applies only to the registered Smartboard unit, model, and serial number.
- Free pickup and delivery within Metro Manila only.
- For areas outside Metro Manila, transportation to and from the Service Center is not included. Customers may arrange their own logistics.
- Includes one (1) major repair or replacement within the coverage period.
- Diagnosis will be completed within 24–48 hours upon receipt of the unit.
- Target repair turnaround is 5–10 business days, subject to parts availability.
- Prices are VAT inclusive.
- The plan is non-refundable after registration.
